Mike Reynolds and Anderson Burst Pipe Pros
Mike Reynolds built Anderson Burst Pipe Pros from his roots in Anderson County to tackle burst pipe repair and broken water pipe repair where older homes in Downtown Anderson and North Anderson meet the demands of a humid subtropical climate with four distinct seasons.
Freezing winter stretches stress supply lines in South Anderson properties near the Anderson Civic Center while summer humidity speeds corrosion around Anderson University and Lake Hartwell, and the team works from 250 Camson Rd to reach jobs across the county and into Greenville or Clemson without delay.
Every call receives an owner-operated response with clear upfront quotes and workmanship you can inspect, available Monday through Friday 8am–6pm and Saturdays 9am–2pm.
After a broken water pipe flooded my kitchen during a winter freeze in North Anderson, I started Anderson Burst Pipe Pros to handle the same problems for neighbors across Anderson County. Growing up here, I've worked on burst pipe repair jobs in older homes around Downtown Anderson and South Anderson where the humid subtropical climate and shifting soils near Lake Hartwell make lines more likely to fail. Proximity to Greenville and Clemson means we see plenty of calls from those corridors too. We run out of 250 Camson Rd, Anderson, SC 29625, open Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm.

What Anderson, SC Customers Say
“A pipe burst behind the wall in my kitchen during a freeze, sending water across the floor and into the cabinets. The team isolated the line, cut out the split section, and installed new PEX tubing with fresh shutoff valves. By the time they left the floors were dry and the water was back on with no drips since.”
“An old galvanized line split under my bathroom sink and soaked the vanity base. They excavated the access panel, replaced the run with copper, and pressure-tested the joint before closing everything up. The sink works fine now and the wood has stayed dry.”
“My laundry room pipe burst at the elbow and flooded the utility area. They shut off the main, replaced the fitting, and ran a moisture check on the drywall. The washer and dryer are back in service and I have not seen any moisture return.”
